Shops are created in game with /talleradmin: tuning bays, lifts, paint booth and dyno, no restarts.

Customers build their tuning on their own car and send it to the shop. The shop bills it, orders the parts, and mechanics carry every part by hand and install it with the jack, the lift, the engine hoist, the sander and the paint gun.
